Disney4me
I enjoy finding unique places to shop at Disney Springs in Walt Disney World Resort and the Marketplace Co-Op is high on my list. This shop contains several boutiques including the WonderGround Gallery which showcases innovative artists and illustrators who put their personal spin on Disney’s rich storytelling legacy. This month, guests will have opportunities to meet several of these artists and discover original artwork inspired by Disney characters and stories. April 5, 6-9 p.m. and April 6, 12-3 p.m. Meet Jason Ratner who created artwork celebrating Disney’s “The Little Mermaid.” You may recall seeing some of Jason’s artwork on Disney Parks Blog earlier this year. April 12, 6-9 p.m. and April 13, 12-3 p.m. Artist Caley Hicks designed a tribute to one of our favorite characters on Disney Parks Blog – The Orange Bird. April 20, 4-7 p.m. Jasmine Becket-Griffith, a long-time featured artist at WonderGround Gallery, is releasing specially designed featuring Cruella de Vil from Walt Disney’s “101 Dalmatians.” April 26-29 Ashley Taylor, who creates many of our popular Disney Doodles on Disney Parks Blog, will be meeting with guests for the release of her Cinderella-inspired piece. Appearance Times: April 26, 3-6pm; April 27, 12-3pm; April 28, 12-3pm; and April 29, 3-6pm Please note – All appearances are subject to change without notice.
