Disney4me
“Who’s the leader of the club that’s made for you and me?” The Leader of the Club! M-I-C-K-E-Y M-O-U-S-E!! And the leader of the club now has his very own cupcake tribute at Magic Kingdom’s Main Street Bakery with the brand new Mouseketeer Cupcake! Mouseketeer Cupcake There’s no mistaking that signature Mickey Mouse Club logo created with Mickey’s cute mug (complete with grin!) made of chocolate on top of a small bit of red fondant icing to mimic the circular design. Mouseketeer Cupake But additional Mickey touches include chocolate disc “ears” and black, white, and red Mickey sprinkles. Mouseketeer Cupake Before we chat about flavor, we should note the size. The Mickey Mouse Club Cupcake is a JUMBO cupcake (this size made its debut with the Poison Apple Cupcake last Halloween). Mouseketeer Cupake Now let’s talk taste, starting with the DOUBE DOSE of icing on top! Mouseketeer Cupake The very top black icing is quite flavorful. It’s actually a chocolate and vanilla swirl, all dyed with black food coloring and covered in black sugar crystals. And the color, as you can tell, is intense. Just right for the Mickey Mouse Club colors, along with being super yummy. Mouseketeer Cupake But be warned that the color will stick with you for a while after you’ve finished the cupcake . A second pile of vanilla icing lies beneath, which is dipped in those Mickey sprinkles we mentioned earlier. Under ALL THAT is a marbled red velvet and yellow swirl cake base. It’s nice and moist, and you can really pick up both flavors. Mouseketeer Cupake The Mousketeer Cupcake is $6.99 (the typical price for a jumbo) or a Disney Dining Plan snack credit. It is terrifically fun and tasty, and we are for sure in this Club! How about you? Don’t Miss Out on Any Disney Fun! The 2019 DFB Guide to Walt Disney World Dining is now available!
