Disney4me
Do you — or does a member of your Disney World traveling party — follow a vegetarian or plant-based diet? If so, then you’ll definitely want to know about a new resource in Disney World’s Magic Kingdom. Disney Plant-Based Cuisine Guide — Spring 2019 Magic Kingdom dining locations are now carrying the “Disney Plant-Based Cuisine” guide to assist guests on the search for vegetarian and plant-based menu items! Disney Plant-Based Cuisine Guide — Spring 2019 The guide is noted as being published for Spring 2019, with a note encouraging guests to “spring into our delicious assortment of meatless menu items!” So we expect to see new editions accordingly. Though we’ve noticed the changing dining landscape with offerings such as the Vegan Brat at Friar’s Nook and the Falls Family Falafel at the Jungle Skipper Canteen as they’ve hit the scene, this effort to organize information so it is easily accessible to interested guests will likely be a very welcome resource for many! We spotted the guide out in the open at the map kiosk in Liberty Square, but it is also available at dining locations around the park. For instance, we received one by request at Columbia Harbour House. Columbia Harbour House sign So, if you don’t spot one on your own, simply ask a Food & Beverage or Guest Relations Cast Member! Note: in speaking with Cast Members, they only knew the guide to be currently available in Magic Kingdom. But we’ll be on the lookout for the plant-based guide in other parks and will keep you posted! Don’t Miss Out on Any Disney Fun! The 2019 DFB Guide to Walt Disney World Dining is now available!
