The Haunted Mansion Today’s extra fun materializes in honor of the fact that The Haunted Mansion is the 13th attraction to have an on-ride photo available via Disney PhotoPass. Haunted Mansion On-ride Photo ©Disney The chilling one-day only delights include special photo ops, a special snack, and extra spooktacular entertainment in the evening. Midnight Fright Delight Browkie Eats A special Midnight Fright Delight Browkie is available for $7.50 at the Liberty Square Ice Cream Cart. Ice Cream Cart in Liberty Square It’s inspired, naturally, by the famous clock inside of the Haunted Mansion. It’s for today only! Midnight Fright Delight Browkie The “Browkie” is a cookie-meets-brownie combo, topped with a chocolate fondant-like piece forming the base of the clock, while the clock’s face is created by half an almond macaron on the top, displaying the ominous 13th hour… Midnight Fright Delight Browkie It’s actually pretty impressive how it comes together. Midnight Fright Delight Browkie I’d kind of anticipated that it might be a bit tough or over-baked, but the brownie part in particular kept its classic dense, fudgy texture and taste while still remaining soft. Midnight Fright Delight Browkie Since this is a one-day only treat, I do wonder if maybe we’ll see more “browkies” around in the future? PhotoPass Fun In addition to the on-ride attraction photo, more photopass fun is taking place right outside the Mansion! (Be sure to wear a MagicBand or MagicBand 2 icon in a MagicKeeper that’s linked to your Disney account while riding in your Doom Buggy within the attraction to preview the new on-ride photo.) Haunted Mansion Photo Ops for April 13 ©Disney These one-day only photo-ops include different offerings in the day and night. Daytime shots near the ride’s exit include the Tomb Sweet Tomb photo op. Haunted Mansion April 13 Photo Op ©Disney The Hatbox Ghost photo op takes place in this area: Hatbox Ghost Photo Area When the sun goes down, guests can pose with the caretaker’s lantern or be surrounded by spirited Mickey orbs. Speaking of… Memento Mori Stop by Memento Mori, the merchandise shop next to the Haunted Mansion, and “a ghost will follow you home” in whatever merchandise you choose! Memento Mori Note that, even though this outdoor specialty display is out for today, these merchandise offerings are standard for the shop, so you will likely find lots of these available no matter when your trip takes place. One-Day Only Pricing for Spirited Photography The lenticular image “showing your spirited side” at Memento Mori is priced at $13.13 + tax for the 8-inch by 10-inch take home photo, just for today. Spirited Photography Entertainment And don’t forget! This evening, you can catch the Cadaver Dans ghostly quartet performing in Liberty Square! Cadaver Dans! These offerings are all in celebration of the new on-ride attraction photo at Haunted Mansion, available through Disney PhotoPass. Disney also shares the following: “You can take home all of your memories captured by Disney PhotoPass Service on April 13 with Memory Maker One Day! With it you’ll receive unlimited digital downloads of all your easy-to-share Disney PhotoPass photos and videos taken in a single day for $69. That includes photos taken at the 13 Walt Disney World Resort attractions with photo capture, participating dining locations, Character Experiences, and of course the photos captured by photographers at the most scenic locations around Walt Disney World Resort. You can purchase Memory Maker One Day in the My Disney Experience mobile app once you’ve linked at least one Disney PhotoPass photo to your account from the day to which you plan to apply the entitlement.
