For the past 19 years, Chef Amy Benson has been a part of the resort’s culinary team, beginning her Disney journey at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa where she developed her skills. Now, Amy is helping to bring to life the tastes of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, which is opening May 31 at Disneyland park.
