Disney Doodle: Mr. Toad Takes a ‘Sci-Fi’ Ride at Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Here at the Walt Disney World Resort, Mr. Toad was the star of Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride at Magic Kingdom Park from 1971-1998. The attraction offered guests a ride-along with Mr. Toad as he journeyed through Toad Hall and went on a wild adventure through London.

Today, artist Ashley Taylor imagines what Mr. Toad would do here at the Walt Disney World Resort if he could visit a theme park.

According to her, Mr. Toad may seek out a fun vehicle for his next Disney adventure. And what better place to do so than at the Sci-Fi Drive-In at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

“Mr. Toad is known for his wild rides,” Ashley said. “It’s easy to imagine him taking a moment to park his car at the Sci-fi diner and admire all of the vintage cars in the lot!”
