This week we have some scrims, some pins, and some construction chagrin (as in “much to our chagrin, the Castle Pathway Construction is still a massive work in progress”!). Castle Pathway as seen from the entrance to Liberty Square Come stroll through the Park with us! (Just bring some sunscreen because we left ours on the Monorail.) What’s New on Magic Kingdom’s Main Street, U.S.A.! We spotted Prince John and Friar Tuck meeting the publik on Main Street, U.S.A.! Prince John and Friar Tuck Meeting on Main Street! If you duck into Town Square, you’ll find tips on how to keep celebrating Mickey & Minnie’s Surprise Celebration! Mickey and Minnie’s Surprise Celebration is still in full swing! They’ve even got the Top 10 Ways to Celebrate Mickey! We’re in, let’s do this! Mickey and Minnie’s Surprise Celebration is still in full swing! At Uptown Jewelers, find the Dooney & Bourke Princess Jasmine collection. The colors are so vibrant and pretty. Jasmine Dooney & Bourkey at Uptown Jewelers The Genie Loungefly Backpack is coming out of the magic lamp all over the Parks — including over in Disneyland Resort, too! Main Street Bakery was showing off this gorgeousness on our visit. That’s one way to pull us right in! Cinnamon Roll at Main Street Bakery What’s New in Magic Kingdom’s Adventureland In Adventureland, more Aladdin merch is available at Agrabah Bazaar. (There’s the Genie backpack again!) Agrabah Bazaar has Aladdin merch This location also carries this lovely, new Jasmine dress. The red, purple, and gold ensemble is inspired by the live-action film that opened last month. Jasmine Dress Jasmine Dress And just so you know, Hei Hei has not returned to the coop at Aloha Isle. But we never count our chickens before they hatch, so we’ll keep checking to see if he returns! And we spotted some fun merch while we were here! This Park Hop ‘Til You Drop Phone Case uses recognizable Park fonts in its design! Die-hard fans: this one’s for you for so many reasons! What’s New in Magic Kingdom’s Liberty Square In the Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe, we spotted some delicious snack ornaments! Which leaves only one remaining question: How has Disney gotten into our actual brains? One more question: How many treats are too many for one tree? (See more here!) Minnie Ornament What’s New in Magic Kingdom’s Fantasyland And now for the Fantasyland part of our Park walk. Castle Couture is under scrims as the Park expands the number of stations in its popular Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. Castle Couture Scrims Castle Couture Scrims Castle Couture Scrims Princesses and Princes in need of Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique still check in at Castle Couture and make purchases of clothing and accessories (if so desired) before proceeding to the Boutique’s old location for hair, make-up, and magic. Directions to PhotoPass If your little ones are in the market for some fancy new duds (and toys), Sir Mickey’s has loads of princess and some prince gear. Minnie Mouse is represented by dresses, shoes, ears, and more. Minnie Dresses If you kid’s dream is to be “strange, no question” (aim high, kiddos!), we suggest the Belle section, where toys, dresses, and shoes abound. Belle Dresses Of course, “now that [we’re] here, there’s a mission at hand”: to buy as much Elena of Avalor merch as possible. Dresses, tiaras, and soft dolls are available. Elena of Avalor Dresses Aladdin-themed merch is everywhere these days, and if your child is “free to make [their] own choice”, maybe they’ll love the Princess Jasmine section! Jasmine Dresses I promise we’re “almost there” (there being the end of these movie and song quotes), but first Tiana! Love the combination of greens and yellows. Tiana Dresses If the abundance of dresses are making you feel as if you’re “living in a blur”, Rapunzel is ready with toys, dresses, accessories, and chameleons. Rapunzel Dresses And for the kids who always “shoot for [their] own hands”, Merida dresses, dolls, and accessories! (Also, you go, kids!) Merida Dresses Sir Mickey’s also has the upscale Jasmine dresses for purchase, if your kiddos are moving into the live-action style. Also note, Sir Mickey’s currently does not have options for adults (unless they fit into kid sizes…). Jasmine Dresses Phew. We survived! Okay, over at Big Top Treats, the Disney Parks Wishables now include some The Little Mermaid options! Flounder is available out of the package, and there are blind bags.
