One of my favorite parts of vacation is indulging in specialty coffee to get my day started. That means no matter which Disney ship I’m cruising on, I head straight to the adult-exclusive Cove Café for my morning pick-me-up.

On my last Disney cruise, I tried a drink that I have to share with you—the Turmeric Latte. This spicy and creamy drink, which can be served either hot or iced, includes Golden Turmeric Elixir syrup, a blend of turmeric, ginger, black pepper, cinnamon, and organic vanilla extracts, sweetened with Australian raw sugar. The spice is balanced with milk, which softens the taste and gives the drink a creamy texture. Because the Turmeric Elixir gives the latte a golden color, the drink is most popularly called “Golden Milk.” If you’re in need of a dose of caffeine, try it with a shot of espresso.
