We also had the opportunity to take a ride on Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run and to build our very own droid at Droid Depot. Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disneyland Now, we are turning our attention to the opening of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Walt Disney World, which will open on August 29th. But friends, Disney just announced something HUGE for select Disney World Annual Passholders! Disney has revealed that “Platinum, Platinum Plus and Premier Annual Passholders will be among the first to experience Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, with special preview opportunities planned before the land’s opening on Aug. 29.” Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disneyland This is a MAJOR deal since the crowds at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge are expected to be massive. This will give select Annual Passholders the opportunity to not only see the land before everyone else, but they will likely be able to do so with shorter waits and fewer people. Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at NIGHT in Disneyland You must remember, capacity is LIMITED and these reservations will only be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Disney has also announced that information and registration details will be shared at a later date. So, be on the lookout for updates!
