Thousands of Cast Members Celebrate International Yoga Day Around The World

Happy International Yoga Day from all of us at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products! This morning, thousands of cast members all across the world found their zen as we celebrated with cast-exclusive yoga events at special locations across Disney Parks and offices.

From enchanting yoga at Sleeping Beauty Castle at Disneyland Resort, to finding inner balance on Aulani Resort beach, these collective events not only celebrated International Yoga Day, but continued our long-standing commitment to deliver meaningful and unique offerings for cast. With events like this, Disney continues to support the growth and wellness of cast members while encouraging healthy lifestyles and promoting self-care.

As dawn broke, park gates opened early and office cast members collected with a shared focus of cast member well-being and appreciation, as part of Disney’s rich history of creating magical, memorable experiences, not just for our guests, but for those at the center of our legacy – our amazing cast members.
