Candlelight Processional Disney World’s Candlelight Processional is a popular event during the Epcot International Festival of the Holidays. The event happens three times each night at the America Gardens Theater in the American Adventure Pavilion. During the event, the Christmas story is told by a celebrity narrator while a 50-piece orchestra and choir (composed of a Disney cast member choir along with an ever-changing group of guest choirs from around the country) accompany the re-telling. The 2019 Candlelight Processional dates are November 29 to December 30. Neil Patrick Harris Narrating the Candlelight Processional While we await the full list, celebrity narrators have been announced for the following dates: Whoopi Goldberg: December 6-7 Pat Sajak: – December 16-18 Steven Curtis Chapman: December 22-24 Edward James Olmos: December 25-26 Because seating for the Candlelight Processional is first-come, first-served, many guests choose to guarantee their seat by purchasing a Candlelight Processional Dining Package. This package provides guests with a breakfast, lunch or dinner meal at select Epcot restaurants and guaranteed seating to the popular Candlelight Processional held at 5:00, 6:45, and 8:15pm.
