The only chilling challenge here is how to make it into Disneyland for Haunted Mansion’s 50th anniversary on August 9! Despite the timelessness of Haunted Mansion, the spooky ride actually underwent many changes over its first 15 years, and now guests can find out what hair-raising modifications were made. Your Ghost Host welcomes you to this new exhibit! Currently residing in the Disney Gallery on Main Street U.S.A., “Happy Haunts Materialize” celebrates the ghastly journey Imagineers took to invent the popular attraction. “Happy Haunts Materialize” Sign “Happy Haunts Materialize” Exhibition Introduction To commemorate the occasion, the Haunted Mansion’s 999 happy haunts have put together a wonderfully terrifying collection of models, concept art, and other memorabilia. More Haunted Mansion Characters The exhibit is not to be confused with the after-hours hard ticket event, “The Haunted Mansion: Celebrating 50 Years of Retirement Unliving” that will take place on August 7th and 8th.
