If you thought the release of Toy Story 4 meant the movie-ties at the Disney Parks and Resorts were on their way out, boy, you were not correct. Everything Pop at Disney’s Pop Century Resort has a new Bo Peep character cupcake that’s shepherding in the sweetness!

The Bo Peep Cupcake hits all the right visual notes: blue frosting with white candy pearls, a big pink white chocolate bow, and a swirl of golden yellow buttercream. It’s a study in contrasting colors, but it works for the emerging heroine!

The frosting isn’t standard vanilla tinted blue, though. Because we’re all kids again when we enter the toybox, that blue frosting is cotton candy flavored! And you’ll for sure need to be a fan of that cotton candy flavor to enjoy this cupcake because it dominates.

The pink white chocolate bow, cute and textured, is a fun addition that brings Bo Peep front and center.

And the cake is confetti and filled with vanilla buttercream — a classic, colorful combo. The cake was moist and yummy — just what you’re looking for…

We tried a Bo Peep-inspired cupcake at Port Orleans — Riverside last month, but with coconut-flavored frosting and a white chocolate bow, it definitely brought out a different side of Bo Peep. We enjoyed that flavor combination more, but this sugar-bomb cloaked in cotton candy frosting is likely to be a big hit with the kiddos!
