Goblins and ghouls will soon be making their presence known at this year’s Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! Tricks and treats await all ages and the Disney Parks Moms Panel is here to offer up their bootastic suggestions and hair-raising tips to make the most of this spectacular evening!

Not So Scared Adults

If your plans include an adult only trip to this special ticketed evening of fun, Jessica has three words for you … stay up late!

“There are multiple performances of the great shows you’re going to want to see, like the ‘Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular’ or Mickey’s “Boo-To-You” Halloween Parade. The earlier performances are extremely popular with families with young kids, so I recommend using this time to catch your favorite attractions that have spooky holiday twists,” she exclaims. “For instance, riding Space Mountain in complete darkness with a Halloween soundtrack, or taking a journey on Pirates of the Caribbean with a crew of live pirates joining the story on a quest for treasure. If you’re a Millennial like me and you were a kid when ‘Hocus Pocus’ came out in 1993, you’re going to have so much fun watching the Sanderson Sisters perform their last show of the evening, which begins at the stroke of midnight.”

Wyatt reminds adults that it’s okay to be a kid on this ghoulishly fun evening and encourages Guests of all ages to dress up. However, he reminds Guests to consider the weather and that although the calendar may say Fall, it can still be quite warm in Central Florida. He also recommends checking out the official costume guidelines to make sure costume adhere to the rules and regulations.

Don’t forget the Little Ones

There will be plenty of Not-So-Scary fun for the little ones! From trick-or-treating to dancing the night away at Storybook Circus with some of your favorite Disney Junior characters the fun will last all night.

Panel Tip:

Don’t miss this year’s new treat trail at Monster’s, Inc. Laugh Floor! As you enter to collect your candy, the Monsters will interact in new ways to learn more about this holiday we call Halloween!

And for the young ones dressing up, make sure they show off their Halloween attire in the Frontierland Costume Promenade where Prospector Cactus-Flower Cate gathers up the little ones to join in a quest to find the ultimate treasure … candy!

Jodie reminds all goblins in attendance to check out the brand new Disney’s Not So Spooky Spectacular fireworks show! During the fireworks display, Mickey Mouse and a few of his friends are whisked away to a mysterious haunted house, complete with a gathering of Disney villains and oh yeah, some dancing skeletons, too!
