Disney Doodle: ‘Great Mouse Detective’ Basil Joins The Country Bear Jamboree

In the 1986 film, “The Great Mouse Detective,” the main character is the insightful (and violin-playing) sleuth, Basil.

According to artist Ashley Taylor, if given the opportunity to visit Magic Kingdom Park, Basil would seek out what some fellow musicians can do on the strings at The Country Bear Jamboree. 

“Basil loves an opportunity to play his violin!” she said. “It’s easy to imagine him want to participate in the fun at the Country Bear Jamboree!”
