Today and everyday, we celebrate the tens of thousands of inspiring #WomenBehindtheMagic all around the world. At Disney, we strive to create a culture where everyone at our company feels a sense of belonging, has their voices heard, their efforts valued and are able to bring their authentic selves to work. Throughout the month, our teams around the world will unite in a shared focus on gender inclusivity and host exclusive events for cast to celebrate, inspire and empower our Women Behind the Magic! Stay tuned later this month when we share a glimpse into each of our global cast communities, as they unite to honor Women’s History Month. Today, we are proud to celebrate the next generation of fearless dreamers who are on their way to making history – from storytellers, to creatives, to scientists and beyond – we celebrate all of the future magic makers!
