Universal's CityWalk partially reopened today with some noticeable changes. Orlando Sentinel theme park reporter Dewayne Bevil stepped onto theme park property for the first time in nine weeks and shares what he saw as Universal Orlando emerges from its coronavirus-pandemic shutdown.
