Sally Plush We’re quite smitten with her “sewn together” patchwork dress and flowing red hair! Sally Plush The Mayor of Halloween Town is definitely one of the most underrated characters in Nightmare Before Christmas so we were thrilled to see this new plush featuring our favorite government official! Remember the snake that wraps itself around the Christmas tree?
