Disney4me
Splash Mountain has been pretty big news as of late. Splash Mountain With the upcoming The Princess and the Frog themed refurbishment, Disney World’s Splash Mountain has seen some of the longest lines in a reopened Disney World. Today, though, the line has been cleared as the attraction is currently CLOSED due to technical difficulties. Empty Splash Mountain At first, we weren’t sure whether it was a cleaning cycle or if the attraction was down. Yup, Splash Mountain is definitely down! Empty Splash Mountain We spotted a bunch of Splash Mountain Cast Members hanging out outside the attraction so we swung over to ask one of them what was going on. Apparently, they needed to close for a little while “to fix something” but they’re hoping to be back up and running later today. Splash Mountain Cast Members It does seem like the attraction will be closed for more than a few minutes as they have completely cleared the queue as well.
