Seven Seas Lagoon For the first time ever, visitors can now walk from the resort to Magic Kingdom via a shiny ’n’ new pathway, and in case you were wondering what the route looked like and how long it took, we’ve got answers! Thanks to Twitter user @bioreconstruct, we got an aerial look at what the walking path looks like around Seven Seas Lagoon nowadays, and it’s glorious! Grand Floridian Walkway The map not only shows routes, but it’s divvied into different sections with approximate times for each distance! Of course, you gotta factor in time for shopping, selfies, and gingerbread snacks… A map of approximate walking times between Magic Kingdom security and Grand Floridian, and Polynesian. Average guest likely an hour between MK and the TTC overpass due to stops to shop, photos, watch the monorail, and enjoy the hotel theming. pic.twitter.com/0oUMS0B0n7 — bioreconstruct (@bioreconstruct) November 21, 2020 Here’s how it all breaks down: from the Transportation and Ticket Center, it would take about 32 minutes to leisurely stroll to Magic Kingdom. Monorail From the Polynesian Resort, it will take about 25 minutes to get to Magic Kingdom. Polynesian Resort Walkway Important note! As @bioreconstruct points out, this section of pathway is not recommended at night, unless you’re well-versed in the Polynesian paths, as they tend to be pretty dark! Grand Floridian Narcoossee’s View From the new walking path at the Grand Floridian, it will take guests about 12 minutes to get to Magic Kingdom.
