Disney World is expensive, there’s no way to get around it! But there are a few ways to save a little cash and still have a great time, especially when it comes to dining.

Magic Kingdom

That’s why we’re looking at what to get at some of the cheapest restaurants in Disney World, and trust us, you won’t be missing table service restaurants when you see some of these offerings!

Magic Kingdom

The Friar’s Nook

First off is The Friar’s NookThis hidden gem in Fantasyland is known for its ever-changing menu and features fun spins on familiar dishes, as well as some great breakfast options.

Toad Burger

Our personal recommendations from this spot are the Creamy Bacon Mac & Cheese Tots ($11.49), which are loaded Tater Tots with — you guessed it — Macaroni and Cheese and Bacon, or the  Wild Toad Brat Burger ($13.49), which is a 50th Anniversary Brat Burger with Lettuce, Tomato, Pickle, American Cheese, topped with Olive Skewer Eyes served with Tater Bites.

EPCOT

Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe

Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe inside the Norway Pavilion of EPCOT’s World Showcase is home to freshly baked sweets, savory bites, and Norwegian draft beer! There’s also some great outdoor seating, making it a good pit-stop during a long EPCOT day.

School Bread featuring Olaf!

When it comes to Kringla, we’d recommend the Norwegian Kringla ($6.29) — a pretzel-shaped pastry topped with almonds or chocolate —  or the School Bread ($4.49) (a sweet roll with custard and coconut).

Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie

In the France Pavilion, Les Halles Boulangerie Patisserie is known for its sweet baked goods, its delicious soups and sandwiches, and wonderful French treats!

Can man live on bread alone? We think so.

There are a LOT of great dishes we could recommend, here are a few highlights: Bisque de Homard (Lobster Bisque in Bread Bowl) ($5.95), the Croissant Jambon Fromage (Ham, Cheese and Bechamel Sauce in a Croissant) ($6.95), Pain Au Chocolat (Chocolate Croissant) ($3.80), and the Baguette ($3.50).

Yorkshire County Fish Shop

Yorkshire County Fish Shop is located in the UK Pavilion of EPCOT with a pretty straightforward, simple menu (but that’s what we love about it!).

The Fish and Chips!

Besides the occasional seasonal treat, Yorkshire makes one thing and makes it very very well: Fish & Chips ($12.99)! These beer-battered fishies are pure heaven and bring authentic British fish & chips to Orlando.

Hollywood Studios

Ronto Roasters

Ronto Roasters in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is a spot famous for its wraps and unique breakfast and lunch offerings.

Ronto Wrap

The most popular item on the menu is the Ronto Wrap ($12.99), which is Roasted Pork, Grilled Pork Sausage, Peppercorn Sauce, and Tangy Slaw wrapped in Pita Bread, but they also have great breakfast offerings like the plant-based Triple Suns Breakfast Wrap ($11.49)!

Woody’s Lunchbox

Woody’s Lunchbox in Toy Story Land features nostalgic schoolyard food with a twist! Here you’ll find a lot of childhood favorites with a twist.

TOTCHOS!

Our recommendations from this spot are the iconic Totchos ($9.99) (those are tater tot nachos BTW), Lunch Box Tarts ($4.29), and the Grilled Three-Cheese Sandwich ($9.99).

ABC Commissary

ABC Commissary is a bit of silent assassin on this list: for a long time, it was mostly overlooked and considered pretty basic, but over the years it’s become a hit with interesting, internationally-inspired food!

If you’re heading to ABC Commissary, we’d recommend trying either any of the street tacos ($11.49-$12.99) or the Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese ($11.29).

Satu’li Canteen

Satu’li Canteen, located in Pandora: World of Avatar, is a very unique dining experience, featuring otherworldly twists on familiar foods.

Cheeseburger Pods!

Pretty much anything from this spot is a winner, but we’d recommend the unique Cheeseburger Pods ($12.79) or one of the custom bowls ($12.99-$17.49)!

Yak & Yeti Local Foods Cafe

Yak & Yeti Local Foods Cafe is a quicker counterpart to the Yak & Yeti table-service restaurant, featuring Pan-Asian cuisine and delicious treats!

Two of our favorites are the Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich ($13.99) and the side of Chicken Fried Rice ($5.99)!

Restaurantosaurus

Restaurantosaurus is a straight-forward restaurant that does classic American cuisine and does it very very well. There aren’t many adventurous dishes on this menu, but you won’t feel like you’re missing out.

Whether you grab the Bacon Cheeseburger ($12.29) or the Foot-Long Hot Dog ($11.99), you really can’t go wrong with this menu!

Disney Springs

Chicken Guy!

Guy Fieri’s restaurant Chicken Guy! is the Mayor of Flavortown’s spin on a fast-food restaurant, and it’s all about chicken tenders and delicious sauces!

The Loaded Mac Daddy

Unsurprisingly, the highlights at this restaurant are the Chicken Tenders & Fries ($5.99 and Up), the 22 Sauce Options, and the Mac Daddy Mac and Cheese ($4.49)!

Morimoto Asia Street Food

Morimoto Asia Street Food is the simpler, quick-service version of the fine dining restaurant Morimoto Asia, but don’t let that fool you! It’s just as fancy and delicious as its table-service counterpart. This restaurant features Pan-Asian cuisine with a fine dining twist.

The Spicy Ginger Chicken Ramen

Whether you get one of the restaurant’s Ramen Bowls ($12-$14), Pork Egg Rolls ($8 for 2), or Baby Ribs ($10 for 3), you’ll be in for a unique treat.

Earl of Sandwich

Earl of Sandwich is a classic spot and longtime favorite for many Disney fans, and for good reason! This location, which is part of a larger chain of restaurants, is known for delicious hot sandwiches that feature creative flavors.

We’d recommend the Original 1762 ($8.99) with Roast Beef, Cheddar, and Horseradish Sauce; Earl’s Club ($8.99) with Turkey, Bacon, Swiss, Lettuce, Roma Tomato, and Sandwich Sauce; and the Holiday Turkey ($8.99) with Turkey, Cornbread Stuffing, Turkey Gravy, Cranberry Sauce, and Mayonnaise. But honestly, pretty much everything is good here!

Cookes of Dublin

Cookes of Dublin, located next to Raglan Road in Disney Springs, is known for its combination of Irish pub food and fast food! If you love all things beer-battered and fried, this is the spot for you.

Dubliner Irish Cheese and Bacon Dip with Side of Onion Rings

The two major highlights of this spot are the Famous Fish & Chips ($14.99) and the Dubliner Irish Cheese & Bacon Dip ($5.50), which we consider a must-have dish!

Capt. Cook’s

Capt. Cook’s in Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort features island-inspired dishes and iconic treats!

Tonga Toast is a must

This one was the ultimate no-brainer for us: Tonga Toast ($10.49). It’s a delicious Banana-stuffed Sourdough Bread, Battered, Deep-fried, and Dusted with Cinnamon-Sugar and it’s absolutely perfect! Plus, you can find great noodles here ($9.29) that are a massive highlight. We also LOVE the Pulled Pork Nachos ($9.99) and the Pan-Asian Noodles and Vegetables ($9.29).

Contempo Café

Contempo Café, located in the Contemporary Resort, is a counter-service option that offers great, quick meals throughout the day and AMAZING desserts.

Peanut Butter Banana Pie

Our recommendation from Contempo would be one of our all-time favorites, the Peanut Butter Pie ($5.19) or its 50th Anniversary counterpart the Peanut Butter Banana Pie ($5.29), but also just the dessert items in general — they’re delicious!

Roaring Fork

The Roaring Fork at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge is known for its rustic American cuisine and some truly amazing and unique cupcakes!

Our recommendations are the Chicken and Waffles ($11.49), the 10-Hour Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich ($10.99), and the Magic Cookie Bar ($3.99), plus those delicious seasonal cupcakes.

…Zebra Domes ($4.59)! These chocolate-covered Amarula Cream Liquor mousse bites are absolutely delicious and a longtime favorite of Disney fans and DFB. Plus, this restaurant has great savory options, like the Marrakesh Falafel Platter ($11.99)!
