Chef Jacob Bickelhaupt once climbed the pinnacle of the culinary world in Chicago, earning two James Beard Award semifinalist nods and Food & Wine’s Best Chef title. His restaurant 42 Grams earned two Michelin stars. Then it all came crashing down. Now, the chef is opening a new West Palm Beach restaurant.
