Disney4me
A LOT goes into planning a Disney World trip. You have to pick the dates for your trip and book your hotel and tickets. You have to make a packing list to make sure that you don’t forget anything. SO much goes into planning a Disney World trip There are advance dining reservations to deal with, decisions about Genie+ to make, and SO MUCH MORE. The most important thing you must remember to do, though, is making those park pass reservations, ESPECIALLY if you’ll be visiting Disney World on one certain date in March. So what’s that date? It’s March 31st, and you might not know up front why that date is so important. However, this is the FINAL day of Disney World’s 50th Anniversary Celebration, meaning it could be the last day to enjoy everything the celebration has offered over the past 18 months. Mickey in his 50th anniversary outfit For example, take ALL those 50th anniversary snacks that came with the Celebration — if you’re still wanting to try some of those snacks, March 31st could be the last day you can try them. Those cute gold statues of Disney characters? We’re not sure what their status will be after the celebration. That gorgeous 50th anniversary castle makeover? We’re not sure how much of that will remain. Merchandise will probably also disappear as of April 1st. 50th Anniversary merchandise will also go away So you know what that means. If the last day of Splash Mountain is any indication, you can expect a LOT of people in Disney World on March 31st, trying to get in one last celebration before it goes away forever. That means that park pass reservations for that date could go fast! And, as you may know, you cannot enter a theme park in Disney World without that reservation, even if you have a valid ticket. Will the Fab 50 statues go away? So if you will be in Disney World on March 31st, we recommend making your park pass reservations as soon as you can (NOW, rather than later). We think Magic Kingdom might be the first park to fill up for that day, but as the celebration encompasses all four parks, we could see the other three parks fill up, as well. 50th anniversary banner If you need help making park pass reservations, we’ve got everything you need to know here.
