You know it, I know it, EVERYONE knows it — it can get pretty hot sometimes in Disney World.

That’s when it’s time to down a nice frozen drink, like a refreshing Star Wars-themed cold brew, a nice Dole Whip Float, or a Frozen Viking Coffee. We just recently headed on over to Magic Kingdom to review a frozen drink, but this one is Monsters, Inc.-themed.

The drink is the Sulley Slush, which is supposed to be a Blue Raspberry Slush with purple Whipped CreamThe first time we tried it back in 2022, it wasn’t EXACTLY right — we just ended up getting what looked like a plain blue raspberry slush. There was no purple whipped cream in it.

Um…

So we tried again, and this time we DID get the purple whipped cream mixed in so that the slush looks like Sulley’s fur. Now, THAT’s what we’re talking about.

Sulley Slush

Although this drink is cold and refreshing and EXACTLY what you might want on a hot Florida day, it’s still essentially just a fun-looking blue raspberry slush. The purple whipped cream doesn’t really add much flavor. It’s basically there for presentation.

With that being said, though, it’s a fun drink to get, especially if you’re a Monsters, Inc. fan. It’s also great for some fun Instagram photos or TikTok videos. Kids will love the look of this drink, too. You can get it now at Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Cafe for $5.99.

In general, however, we think there are more unique and interesting treats in Magic Kingdom, like the many DOLE Whip varieties at Aloha Isle or the Cheshire Cat Tail in Fantasyland. And if you want a BIG sweet treat, we LOVE the Nutella and Fruit Waffle at Sleepy Hollow.
