This EPIC convention is breaking news from all things Disney, including film, television streaming, video games, and parks. One of the most core-pleasing announcements to rock the cavernous Honda Center at Friday night’s Disney Entertainment panel confirmed the title of the upcoming sequel to the 2003 classic Freaky Friday! According to recent Oscar winner Curtis, ““it feels like no time has passed.” She also confirmed part of the film’s plot, announcing “Lindsay is now a mommy and we both get to play moms, so it’s great.” Furthermore, she called the film “More fun, more emotional.” Jamie Lee Curtis and Lindsay Lohan at D23 Freakier Friday is scheduled for release in 2025.
