Name: Email: One of the biggest announcements of the weekend came with the reveal of a BRAND NEW expansion to California Adventure’s Avengers Campus. Initially opened in 2021, the land marked the first full Marvel-themed area in a U.S. Disney park. Now, the land is about to make like Giant-Man and get LARGER. With a little help from Deadpool himself, Disney announced TWO new Marvel attractions coming to the land. ©Disney First up is the LONG-AWAITED Avengers E-Ticket. Teased at events going back to 2019, the latest and final version of the attraction will be called Avengers Infinity Defense. ©Disney Disney describes the new attraction’s plot as such: “Technology that allows the Avengers to jump between worlds has gone missing, and King Thanos is using it to wreak havoc everywhere. Recruits will travel to iconic locations like Asgard, Wakanda, and New York City alongside the likes of big and small heroes. You also just might find yourself face-to-face with King Thanos, too.” Here’s a SNEAK PEEK at “Avengers Infinity Defense” coming to Disney California Adventure! #D23 pic.twitter.com/ZCQxbSYOjp — Disney Food Blog (@DisneyFoodBlog) August 11, 2024 As if that wasn’t enough, a new Iron Man attraction is coming to the land, with Robert Downey Jr. reprising his role as Tony Stark!
